New Restaurants, Cafes, and Bars Opening in Southwest Florida: October 2026

Catalina Quintero
Catalina Quintero Bilingual REALTOR · The Miranda Group · SL3635889

Every month I round up the restaurants, cafes, and bars that opened or announced openings across Southwest Florida, from Naples and Marco Island to Bonita Springs, Estero, and Fort Myers. This edition covers September 21 through October 21, 2026: seven verified openings and announcements, each linked to the restaurant's own announcement or a reputable local news source. I only include openings I can confirm from a published source, so anything I could not verify stays off the list.

What about Marco Island?

No confirmed restaurant, cafe, or bar openings or announcements on Marco Island came up in the published sources I checked this month, so the island simply has nothing to add this time. I keep this list to what I can verify, and I will add Marco Island openings as soon as they are announced.

How I put this list together

I keep this roundup to restaurant, cafe, and bar openings that I can verify from the restaurant's own announcement or a local outlet's reporting, and I link to the original source every time. I skip anything that cannot be confirmed, and I do not include rumors or unposted permits. If an opening date changes, the linked articles are the best place to check the latest.

A note on fair housing: every home and community in Southwest Florida is open to all qualified buyers and renters, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin. If you are exploring a move here, I am glad to help you find the place that fits you, whatever your story.

A note from the author: I'm Catalina Quintero, a bilingual REALTOR with The Miranda Group at Premiere Plus Realty, Co., serving Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, and Marco Island. I put this roundup together each month from current, published reporting so you can keep a finger on what is opening around Southwest Florida. If you are thinking about a move, email or text me any time.
